All of our reman transmissions are sold on an exchange basis.
It is because of this exchange basis that we are permitted to offer you such a low price and speedy turn around time.
The complete Original transmission and shipping box must be returned in order to receive your core refund.
Silver Star Transmissions core policy is all core deposits will be refunded regardless of the condition of your core.
Our core policy has been put into place to help our clients and Silver Star Transmission work together through this challenging economic climate.
Silver Star Transmissions core deposit refunds are paid within 30 days after the complete core is returned with the shipping box.
If cores are not returned within 30 days of delivery we will charge your credit card $850.00. Getting your core back in a timely manner is crucial to our business.
